I started today! Excitement beyond all excitement! I decided to do it in charcoal--a more familiar medium. Anyway, I have to make a correction to my previous post. I said that I do portraiture, but had never painted one (yes I realize the contradiction, now); and I feel the need to clear something up. No, I haven't painted one, because I do my portraits in graphite or pencil crayon.
