Hi! I know I didn't post yesterday! I feel horribly guilty, but I had absolutely no time; because I was at my darling Amanda's grade 10 prom! Getting ready, pictures, the dinner, the dance--the full meal deal. It was a lot of fun! I forgot what dances were like when you don't have a boyfriend. They are much more fun--in case you weren't sure. I personally think, even though there are so many people that are all "grade 10 prom is goofy", that it is really nice to see everyone all dressed up and to have a little celebration. It is, of course, a little excessive to spend hundreds of dollars on a dress, and getting your hair and makeup done professionally for grade 10 though. It's a little more understandable for grade 12 prom. I personally like getting ready with my girlfriends. Makeup, hair products, shoes, and clothes everywhere! I think that's a big part of the whole thing. So yes, that's why I didn't post yesterday, but I will make sure to make up for it today!
