I warned you it was coming! Unfortunately, and fortunately, I will be taking a little break from blogging. Don't worry, it will only be a few days! I started out writing this post with the notion that I was going to take a break for the remainder of the summer, but I really don't think I can do that! So what I'm going to do instead is take 4 or 5 days, and just take a break entirely [we all deserve one once and a while], and then resume catwingscan, but as a travel blog for the rest of the summer. I'm not going anywhere too exciting, just a small island between Vancouver and Victoria, where we go every summer. I do realize, however, that most of you have probably never been there, and wouldn't it be exciting to take you along with me?! So take a few well deserved days of reading rest, then jump back in and come along with me to the mysterious wilds of... Galiano Island, where we will meet such characters as deer, raccoons, and maybe even a whale or two! I'll make sure to take loads of pictures, and write lots about my wild and outlandish adventures. [Some days won't be as exciting as others... as lying in the sun is a favorite summer pass time... and I won't pretend it's not]. I will try to post every day, but we have a moderately sketchy internet setup, so keep checking back every day, and if there isn't one, my sincerest apologies, and I'll do my best to get two up the next day! If you would like to have more frequent updates, feel free to follow me here on Twitter, as that may be updated more frequently... although you should all be followers by now anyway. So!
