Name someone who deserves more credit than they get. And for bonus points, how to change things so they get more

Now, I know that parents often get the credit they deserve, as a team, but I think there is a lot of focus on mums. Whenever I read "celebrity interviews" [I felt like that should be in quotations... don't ask me why...] they always mention how much of an influence their mum was, but you never hear about dads! Sure, mother and child have a seriously special relationship-I mean, they do carry their kids around inside them for nine months-but dads are the reason mums can carry you around. So that's who I think needs more credit: Dads, they're pretty great.

So how can we get our daddios more credit? Well. I think everyone should write a little note to their dad, or father figure telling them something that they appreciate about them!

Here's my note to my dad:

Hi Dad! I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate you. You're lulz. You make awesome pancakes. You rock at shaving my head: we're like twins. One of my favourite parts about you? You have welcomed my crazy-pants friends as part of the family. And you fill the van up with gas so I don't have to. Because I hate gas stations. Thanks. Let's be BFFAE. Best friends forever and ever!
