The first time I've ever actually been truly crafty! [In a not crafty like sneaky kind of way]. Annie and I decided we were going to wrap our gifts with more love and time than usual, and this was the result [yes, I made a garland of deer heads. I rock. Feel free to applaud!]
The sister and I took a trip down to Granville Island to do Christmas shopping. It was so much easier to shop in a city with actual stores! This will be a new holiday tradition of mine. Shopping. At stores.
Winter solstice party! This was super. As I've said before: I'm celebrating this every year from now on! More celebrations! My favourite.
The sister and me at Christmas time! It was different this year, being away from home. Not bad different... just... different. It made me nervous for how much things are going to change when I go away to school next year!
Isn't this beach just wild?! This was taken on Christmas Day. NOTE NO SNOW. It was positively tropical! I think that definitely contributed to the whole... not really feeling like Christmas part of the holidays. It felt more like March!
Anyway, I hope you all had a very merry holiday [Solstice, Christmas, and New Years included]! I'll be back with more later!
