Today in my English class we [the class] were asked whether we believe in fate. Well heck no! Just kidding. Mostly. I have to come to class tomorrow prepared to go in-depth about my thoughts on the matter, so I thought what's the best way to make thoughts? BLOGGING! So here I am! I am thinking, quietly, and to myself, of course, that fate is flexible. How's that for alliteration? Sorry, I'll try to stay on track here. How is fate flexible? you may ask. Well I believe when you are born you are on a certain path, but as you reach diversions in the path, the decisions you make in relation to the diversion adjust your fate. Each path you take brings you closer towards that "final destiny" but it isn't decided until you decide which one to follow, and it can change as soon as you reach another fork and choose a prong. Fate is a multi-pronged thing. There are many prongs on your way to the snack. If you're eating a piece of pizza with a fork, depending on the prong you choose to follow you may get a little piece of pineapple [I assume everyone just automatically chooses Hawaiian since it is the best pizza] or on a different prong you may get a little more cheese, or sauce. See? Flexible.
To destiny and beyond
